He has worked his way to the top starting his career as a utility working in the finishing department in 1978 and eventually earning the title of Vice President. His vast wealth of knowledge includes but is not limited to, Quality Control, Management and supervision, Product design, H.R., Production, Engineering, Estimating, Maintenance & repair, Sales and customer service, Training, Environmental Compliance, and proficiency in all aspects in regard to processes and machinery involved in folding carton production.
