Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for multiple sites across Canada. Work with the Senior Canadian Leadership team to build and execute strategies including recruitment, retention, employee development, labour relations, collective agreement interpretation, policy development and interpretation, legislative compliance, coach and growing teams to improve overall business performance.

HR Leader for very fast paced large glass manufacturing organization. Worked with the Senior Leadership team to achieve a strong tie between Human Resources and Operations. Supported the development and implementation of multiple programs to improve plant performance. Significantly improved labour relations allowing for very successful contract negotiations.
