Core responsibilities:• Planning and design of detailed technical product drawings using AutoCAD and other design programmes• Completing 4-eyes checking and technical sign off of product drawings completed by my colleagues• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders (such as clients, site teams and merchants) as a subject matter expert regarding design and installation• Management of all incoming technical enquiries• Act as a continuous support stream for the Production and Sales Teams, inputting/supplying key technical data through Microsoft Dynamics Nav • Analysing and utilising customer drawings/information to create detailed quantity lists for the Sales Team• Trusted representative of Marshalls CPM through attendance of BPDA (British Precast Drainage Association) committee meetings• Ongoing training, coaching and development of new employees• Competent internal auditor of both office environments and factory works sites within the CPM brand• Produce diligent and accurate bespoke reinforcement design drawings both direct to customer and on behalf of Production, tailored as required• Act as a brand champion, with sound understanding of industry regulation and safety requirements• Completed site visits, investigation of site conditions/suitability and surveying for setting out of buildings/structures• Assisted with new product development, completing associated drawings.
