• Approached to join AB Agri to install MS Dynamics ERP across the Businees using Prince 2 methodology to control the project• The role consisted of liaising with key project stakeholders at site and senior level, organising internal resources to achieve project goals, managing 3rd party software provider, ensuring the project was delivered and kept with budget.

• Business System analyst responsible for maintaining, developing and upgrading the corporate ERP system (called Coins) in line within the company’s ICT standards and strategies. Creating and maintaining team workflows using share point and developing financial reports from the ERP system into various reporting tools.• Implemented new module within Coins to enable the business to produce accurate monthly forcast contract sales information. Produced user manuals and performed system training in the form of presentations / workshops. • Project leader responsible for maintaining, developing and upgrading the corporate vehicle Fleet leasing system (called Key2 produced by Jaama, operating on Sequel Server databases) and managing an external resource in line within the company’s ICT standards and strategies.

• Project leader tasked with installing a manufacturing execution system (called Innova produced by Marel, operating on Sequel Server databases) into the companies sites across UK and Northern Europe. • Installation of manufacturing execution system (called Scanplant produced by Scanvaegt, operating on Sequel Server databases) across 4 food production sites within the East of England, interfacing into the companies ERP system. This included analysing specifying project requirements, generating project plans, implementing hardware and software solutions accordingly to ensure project goals were met. • Team member that implemented the Protean ERP system across 5 food production sites and a distribution centre within the East Midlands / East of England. This also included configuration of the system, system testing, creating user, technical support guides and training users.• Project Managed and designed an upgrade of the corporate ERP despatch programs to enable the company to provide IBM AS400 EDI despatch files to J Sainsbury PLC distribution centres. This included obtaining user / customer requirements, system analysis and design, generating system technical specifications and producing system user guides.• Project Managed and developed relationships with out sourced software suppliers to develop numerous solutions with the above company. This included specification generation, project agreement and developing Project Initiation Documents to ensure that the projects managed in a logical and managed methodology using Prince 2. • Developed and successfully implemented Radio Frequency PDA based order processing module within the company’s distribution centre interfacing into the corporate PRISM ERP AS400 based system. • Project Manager who developed a suite of system reports using various SQL based PC based package’s including Corvu, Cognos and Crystal reports.
