Mark Jackson joined Heidrick & Struggles in January 2008, today he takes responsibility for Heidrick and Struggle's Financial Services executive search across Legal, Risk , Compliance & Audit in the EMEA region. Mark has worked with a range of global investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, life and general insurance companies, and broker/dealers recruiting senior executives from the Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel, Chief Auditor and Head of Compliance level, to divisional or product leads. Mark is also increasingly focused on the intersection between financial regulation and technology. Mark began his search career with a leading international recruitment firm specialising in infrastructure across Asset Management, Hedge Funds and Custody. He subsequently joined a London based boutique recruiting senior operational specialists across Asset Management, and joined Heidrick & Struggles in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Team, focusing on Debt Capital Markets, Fixed Income and Derivatives. Mark holds a Masters degree in Management from the University of St Andrews.
