The National Federation of Sub-postmasters is a membership federation representing 8,500 independent Sub-postmasters across the UK. This role, reporting directly to the Retail and Commercial Director, continued to build on the work commenced in the Retail and Training Area Manager role within the Post Office. Collaborating with Postmasters to identify the most efficient retail solutions, a key outcome of the position is to increase income and profits to ensure a sustainable future on the high street.

Retail - Wales And South West. Training - National

It was identified that a high level of retail support was imperative to maintain a sustainable Post Office network. This role was created to ensure that Postmasters who had received funding from the Network Transformation Programme to enhance their Post Office business also received support and expertise to improve their retail offering.

Wales, Gloucestershire And Wiltshire

Role created following the Post Office securing £1.34bn of funding to transform the Post Office network to reflect the needs of customers and supporting postmasters in building businesses that are profitable and sustainable for the future.I led and motivated a team of 8 geographically dispersed Field Change Advisors (FCAs) in delivering often complex transformation cases by consistent, rigorous deployment of policies and processes.

Bristol, Wiltshire And Hampshire

Responsible for the development of Post Office and retail sales and services for 40+ franchise/owner managed Post Offices in Bristol, Wiltshire and Hampshire.
