Lead and Implementation: 1. Currently implementing ExLibris ALMA, an integrated Library Management System (ILMS). Lead for fulfillment - focused on circulation, memberships, fines and collection development. 2. Currently leading the Library collection stocktake across eight Libraries with a collection of over 500,000 items held within the libraries and over 2.5 million in total.3. Lead the implementation of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology across eight libraries using FE Technologies. Incorporating troubleshooting, procedure writing and establishment, training and education.

Lead and Implementation:1. Develop and implement a new frontline service model across two libraries. This included design thinking, project management, liaising with external stakeholders regarding quotes, a development proposal to the Site Services Leadership Team (Library Management), workshops with staff to showcase the change and training of staff for the new service model. Follow up focus was on staff and student experience of the new model through interviews and open feedback sessions.2. Redevelopment of student spaces with a focus on providing areas where students can relax from studies along with the development of spaces that are attuned to the student needs by way of group and individual study.2. Manage and improve the library facilities focused on printing services, wayfinding signage, standardisation of signage templates and maintenance checklists.3. Develop and implement standards for returning books to shelf in a timely manner to improve both staff and student experience.4. Assist with the development of the Customer Service Charter focused on our delivery of service and expectations for the University of Sydney Libraries.5. Assist with the development of Library frontline information services including ChatNow.

Worked in civil earthworks and pipe laying with Select Civil. Worked at the University of Wollongong in the construction of a new carpark including drainage and electrical trenching. Carpenter and civil work operator on the Blue Mile project Wollongong Harbour, and formwork and pipe laying at Lucas Heights Resource Recovery Park.

Over five years with the University of Wollongong Library in Client Services while undertaking my Bachelor of Arts degree. Areas of focus:1. All circulation activities including borrowing, returning and short loans (2hour) collection services.2. Research assistance utilising descriptive or correlational research methods to assist with case studies, research publications, and the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods to enhance the learning experience.3. Working with a small team of casual employees and mentoring new employees in library operations on evening and weekend shifts.
