Operations Manager..This position designs and installs automated hood cleaning systems and bulk oil systems. Also, to develop and maintain relationships with the customer base and also to lay the foundations for future business opportunities.

This position was as a consultant, to launch a new production plant in Gallatin Tn. My role was to oversee all daily activities of the plant from the staffing of supervisors to production and manufacturing. Also ensuring that policies and procedures were developed, these were processes that would maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Primary responsibilities were in the logistics field. Shipping, receiving and assuring the integrity of the inventory and conducting physical inventories. Supervises, coaches, trains, and evaluates employees. Investigates and researches shipping issues and studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.

As a Production supervisor my role was to have a hands-on leadership role to maintain strict quality, safety standard and production numbers. Also, to develop a positive relationship within the assigned area to nurture an environment conducive to collaborative involvement of all personnel.
