Current• Oversees the IT concern in regards with the IT Infrastructure (Data Center) and Operations.• Manages, coach, monitors IT Staff• Create and evaluate staff through KPI’s• Monitors Servers and Network of the company• Monitors and ensure CCTV devices both Head Office and branches are working.• Conduct site visit to inspect the status of branch in term to IT related concern.• Monitors the budget of the company• Establish IT policies• Implement projects based on the needs of the company.• Manages AD, teams and sharepoints. Monitors license used.• Manages and control user access.• Address major concern in the retail operations• Manages Ticketing system (Zuny) and ensure that the team address the reported ticket based on SLA.• Lead the team for the mobilizing and demobilizing stores.• Keep the higher management up to date in regards with the IT infra-activities.
