Mazda added car sales into my management position, putting me in charge of sales, service and parts for the same territory in Louisiana and Mississippi. I consulted with dealership owners and sales managers to improve car sales through marketing, personnel training, and process improvement. I met or exceeded my district sales objective both months while I was in this position during the heart of the fuel crisis.

I managed the service and parts operations for 15 dealerships in Louisiana and Southern Mississippi. I consulted with various dealership personnel to improve their business through marketing, customer service, and process efficiency. I exceeded my wholesale objective every month I was in the position, often having 10-20% YoY improvements each month.

As a member of Mazda's management training program, I worked under the Marketing Manager for MNAO's Gulf Region, handling various marketing activities, including objective calculations, marketing promotions, and incentive announcements. I also was the primary contact for dealerships in the Gulf Region with marketing concerns.
