Based in Victoria, trade qualified, a Fellow Engineer with a master of business administration and over two decades of success working in management / director and leadership roles for highly regulated, world class brand names / companies, including small to large health and aged-care providers. Over this period, I received and was nominated for several prestigious awards, including the annual PepsiCo ANZ Award for Leadership and the Graham Spurlings Award for Sustained Excellence (SA government)My experience in both operational and strategic management, together with my extensive education has facilitated membership at the grade of Fellow within various institutes, such as Engineers Australia (Current), Leadership and Management, Risk and Safety Management Recently, I have gained additional experience working within the health and aged care sector, in senior level management roles, including six months cover as the director of maintenance and support services at BH, and also providing short director cover for one of BH's regional partners.I have a keen interest in all aspects of risk management, strategic management, facilities and asset management with a passion for continuous improvement within any environment.Specialist experience and knowledge include, but not limited to; management and leadership within both manufacturing and health/aged care, risk / compliance management, facilities and asset management, business / operational excellence, technical management, people management, change management, functional and site management / leadership. My broad knowledge, experience and transferable skills has allowed me to adapt and succeed within various environments (manufacturing/Healthcare etc.), and situations such as operationally during a crisis, or strategically through creating and implementing policy at the department or organizational level.
