Working within the B2C (Retail) business unit at Kaspersky Lab UK Ltd I'm focused on driving continuous sales growth of our multi award-winning Internet Security consumer range of products. As part of the UK & I Retail team I was accountable for the profitable commercial delivery across a number of key accounts within online and traditional retail channels. I also owned the relationship with one of Kaspersky Lab’s leading distributors.Main Duties & Key Responsibilities: -Account Management:• Primary focus to meet/overachieve FY annual net revenue plan.• Implement the sales strategy and day to day operational requirements with key partners to ensure optimisation of all sales and marketing opportunities across Kaspersky Lab’s portfolio• Build and maintain excellent cross-functional relationships with key partners ensuring they experience Kaspersky Lab UK as a first-class vendor• Manage expenditure whilst optimising return on any investment• Prepare and manage full year commercial and marketing account plans that support the FY revenue target• Work with retail contacts to ensure Kaspersky Lab products are correctly merchandised to maximise visibility and sell through to consumers• Use analysis of sales data to review and refine the go to market offer and determine additional opportunities for incremental revenue• Work collaboratively with internal teams within Kaspersky Lab, for example Online, Marketing and Supply Chain teams• Maintain an appropriate approach to stock management from manufacturer through to customer• Prepare reports weekly, quarterly or ad-hoc as requestedNew Business Development:• Develop strategies to secure incremental revenue and/or brand awareness opportunities in existing channels• Explore new, non-traditional relationships to generate new revenue streams for Kaspersky Lab consumer products via retail, e-tail, e-commerce, joint partnerships etc.

I was responsible for the day-to-day management of an allocated number of National Retail Accounts, My role is to pro-actively develop and then maintain relationships with the relevant buyers/category managers and their respective teams. Through structured planning introduce new vendors across a range of categories including; PC/Video Gaming & Accessories, Home Entertainment, Consumer Electronics, PC Software & Peripherals, Leisure Tech and Networking & Smart Home. Quickly identify issues, agree action plans and review progress regularly. • Analyse supply chain and ensure high levels of service, efficiency and stock availability.• Customer and internal MDF processing, invoice/credit/debit note management.• Marketing, promotion and product merchandising co-ordination and compliance checking. • Returns management & customer service co-ordination.
