I was a member of the Westfield due diligence committee throughout the transaction. On completion all the Westfield directors resigned to be replaced by Unibail- Rodamco representatives.

I completed my term at the end of July 2012 and this was followed by a several months sabbatical.As a client serving partner I have assisted some of Australia’s top 50 companies with audits, due diligence engagements, fundraisings, broad based business investigations, corporate governance, internal control and process engagements, merger integration analyses and fraud investigation.I am passionate about value creation, driving change for the benefit of an organisation, its clients and customers, its people and the communities in which they live and serve. Through my CEO tenure, among other things, PwC's brand index position and market shares both lifted, we re-established a viable and successful consulting business and we launched a growing multi disciplinary private clients business. I was proud that PwC Australia's employee engagement scores were the highest in the PwC network.
