Maintaining/fault finding and installation work at compressor stations meter stationsand MLV’s on the Moomba to Adelaide gas pipeline. Based at Compressor station 3 I am responsible for maintaining a Solar Taurus and an Allison 501-KC compressor and associated hazardous area instruments/valves/ SCADA/PLC control system as well as 3 Caterpillar gas engine alternators controlled by Intelisys controllers and Fire and Gas systems. I am also responsible for accuracy verification testing and Calibrations at compressor stations and meter stations which have included Moomba and Beverley. Also I maintain/fault find and carry out calibrations on the Liquids Hydrocarbon Main line valves and Instrumentation on the Moomba to Port Bonythan pipe line.Here I work with Microsoft computer software and Maximo maintenance programs and follow the companies safe systems of work procedure to create JHA’s and permits for all work carried out.

Tantanoola

Maintenance/fault finding, installation and commissioning of electrical/instrumentsystems for a at both Tantanoola and Millicent mills with some work at Ladbroke grove power station and gas plants, installing maintaining and fault finding on low and high voltage motors, variable speed drives, control circuits, and distribution boards.Also installed/fault found and maintained a large range of process control instruments including flow, level, pressure, density, consistency, temperature, moisture, PH, conductivity, gas analysis, using HART communication and other calibration equipment.Also installed/over hauled and fault found control valves, actuators and positioners including digitalvalve controllers using Valvelink and AMS computer systems.Have experience with Bailey DCS and Allen-Bradley PLC systems including basic program changes, tuning and problem solving using Wonderware computer software, the use of SAP computer systems, TIG and stick welding and mechanical work, 3 months drafting duties using Auto Cad.Involved in yearly shutdown maintenance, including supervisor roles, carrying out the roll of a reliefteam leader as required and participating in an Oncall and overtime roster.
