Head of New Homes Sales and Marketing for Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Worcestershire. We specialise in New Homes agency including land purchase through to sales, including all aspects in between. We manage small bespoke schemes though to major mixed use development. The earlier we are involved the more design value and marketing impact we can add.

Joined as branch manager of the Abington Office. In 1997 I was promoted to equity Director and appointed to the board. I ran the Abington Office for four years increrasing market share year on year. I took over the flagship Town Centre office over seeing the Town and Country Office for eighteen months. As the company grew we purchased a small independant agency Arans, I moved over to run the office and to intergrate the staff and company structures. During this time I took on a training role with both firms. In 2000 I set up O'Riodan Bond Land and Development to focus on land and new homes. After two years we had established the office as the market leader in Northamptonshire and expand into the Milton Keynes market. In 2004 I was approached by Knight Frank to join a start up operation in Milton Keynes.

I started the Land and New Homes business, building on our existing client base. The business provided a one stop shop for local to national house builders from land purchase, purchaser profile, scheme viability, through to on site sales supported by our twenty office network.
