I am a tax professional with over 28 years of experience in compliance, advisory, financial services, government and international policy roles. I am passionate that international taxation should be based upon principles of certainty, transparency and fairness, to the benefit of all countries. I feel very fortunate that every day I have the opportunity to work with and engage with talented individuals who share these views, within the OECD Secretariat, national governments, international organisations and the business community. I feel even more fortunate to share my life with four beautiful children who I am sure one day will appreciate my sense of humour if not necessarily my taste in shirts.
