Mark joined MAST in 2000 and was appointed an Associate in 2002 and Partner in 2004 (& a Director in June 2013 when MAST changed from an LLP to a Ltd Co.).Mark has gained considerable knowledge and expertise in both public and private housing while working with housing associations, local authorities, RSLs, developers and contractor clients with project values of up to £60M. His experience includes PRS & BTR, project management, contract administration, sustainable design, office & leisure design, master planning, community buildings, conservation & care projects. Mark has a keen interest in differing forms of construction techniques and promotes the principles of OSM and MMC and has been involved on projects where the use of prefabrication & modular building has been implemented. In addition, he has delivered projects to Gold, Passivhaus standards and is leading on a number of net zero projects. Mark is passionate about architectural and urban design and actively promotes the value of good design on projects, many of which are award winning.
