Project Involvement:Project : FPSO SHELL PENGUINResponsibility involved in 3D Modelling and preparation of drafting drawings (AFC) using PDMS Design and Draft, on Topside Process Deck Area and other modules. Ensure constructability and accuracy in accordance with construction drawings and shipyard capabilities. Work with lead men and supervisors to solve discrepancies that arise in the fabrication. Provide appropriate welding details on structural members for fabrication purposes that comply with corresponding International and client standards.Provide 3D Model and Constructability drawings (AFC) for Pipe Support.

Project Involvement:Project: 5 MTPA PORT FOURCHON LNG USALocation: Port Fourchon, Louisiana USA Project: 5 MTPA PAGBILAO LNG HUB TERMINALLocation: Pagbilao, Quezon, PhilippinesDuties and Responsibilities:1. Perform FEED 3D modeling in AutoCAD Plant 3D, including building of equipment, preliminary structures, and layout modeling of lines for submittal to HAZOP review.2. Produce plot plans and equipment arrangement plans.3. Identify tie-ins in the field, and assist in development of tie-in list and packages for approval.4. Interact with internal and external personnel on piping and inter-discipline issues.

• Prepare and involved in checking AFC dwgs against IFC dwgs based on P&ID and post AFC dwgs.thru PDMS , material specifications, interference with other discipline, technical bid evaluation and inter-discipline squad check dwgs.• Perform site inspection/verification.• Check on Design Model using Navis Work Manage / Freedom and PDMS.• Prepare & Checked Hydro test package.• Prepare the Piping Layout Details• Prepare Piping Material Take-Off• Organized material quantity takeoff and estimates the quantity of materials Based on Piping Specification • Prepare all shop drawings, material necessary before fabrication.• Coordinate to construction group on any technical problem on site.• Prepare Field Change notice, material requirement to job site.

•Responsible for the preparation of isometric drawing for fabrication shop in terms of piping schematic diagram.•Responsible for issuing piping design documents and drawings.•Ensures communication flow, both verbal and written, is maintained within Piping Engineering and with other design and engineering disciplines.•Coordinates piping design activities with other design and engineering groups.•Responsible for the preparation of 3D drawings that corresponds to its piping arrangement.•Supply piping isometrics routing that comply with the given P&Id.•Responsible for the preparation of material take-off for every isometrics done.•Comply for spooling and mark up on isometrics done.•Checking of isometrics as well as organizing drawing set up and arrangement that comply upon the documentation requirements.•On site inspection such as lay outing and erection of pipes. •Monitoring of work progress in terms of schedule plans vs. the actual accomplishment as represented through the project manager.•Study specifications in the work contract, inspect job site and clarify requirements with Project Manager/Repair Superintendent.•Estimate volume of work and materials requirements of the project.

•Generating accurate workshop drawings, section & detail drawings, that complies to these following system Instrument Air System, Utility Air System, Fuel Gas System, Blow Down Water System, Flare System, Ethane Feed System, Fire Water Deluge System, Furnace System and other area which particularly related to the unit of Ethane Cracker (EC) and High Olefin Fluid Catalyst Cracker(HOFCC). •Responsible for the preparation of technical piping drawings such as isometric marked up, spooling, and Test Package preparation.•Perform the necessary computation for pipe supports such as pipe cut length, weight and Inch-Dia.• Interpret isometric drawing and its P & ID’s. •Checking, interpreting and tracking of piping line and routes through P & ID’s in connection for the Test Package preparation. •Line checking and Punch listing. •Maintaining the currency of drawings in accordance with specific directions.•Efficient & effective on drawing service to internal customers and the external client and associates.
