As Sales Support Manager, oversaw reporting environment development to provide visibility into the sales pipeline and revenue generation. Implemented an internal cross sale program that generated $8M in referrals in the first 5 months. Developed a communication process to raise awareness of the status and size of sales pursuits for business units to prepare for onboarding of new clients and products. In consulting role, generated gross revenue of over $1.2M in 2014.Prior to current dual role, served as Engagement Executive in Strategic Consulting Group until Lender Processing Services was purchased by Fidelity National Financial and merged with ServiceLink. Responsible for leading team to assist client with project development process and technology to assess\correct the accuracy of loan balances on general ledger. Post project completion, maintained client responsibilities and while filling the role as Sales Support Executive.
