SUMMARY Manages the organizations operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with the established goals, objectives and policies. Follows the directions set by the COO. Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plans for growth and profit. Provides direction and structure for departments and locations that report to this position. Participates in developing policy and strategic plans.Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals and objectives in all areas of the operations including manufacturing, accounting, sales and service to effect operational efficiency and economy.Directs and coordinates promotion of products manufactured or services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position in the industry.Analyzes budgets to identify areas in which reductions can be made and allocates expenses appropriately.Confers with personnel to review activity, operating and sales to determine changes in programs or operations required.Reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine departmental progress toward stated goals and objectives.Promotes the company in industry, manufacturing or trade organizations.Establishes and maintains an effective system of communications throughout the various functions that report to this position.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and counseling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The following positions report directly to this position – Financial Controller, Operations Manager, District Managers and Technical Sales Staff.

The RBU will manage the overall business of the all of the product lines within the geographical region. This includes the financial performance, asset utilization, and growth strategy. The RBU will also be required to interface with Canada VP to determine and assist in the implementation of product line strategies.• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.• Regional Product Line P&L.• Asset and Resource Allocation of Product Line.• Work with region North American and local region manager to determine and implement product line business strategies.• Sets and evaluates regional Product Line pricing strategies. • Coordination with manufacturing to determine forecasts and planning.• Oversees training and education programs relevant to product line.• Initiates, and assists in development of marketing and advertisement strategies.• Interacting with regional customers to market existing and new products and services• Oversees and manages new product rollouts.• Communicates with other WFT divisions to maximize interdivisional synergies.• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

- Develop sales strategy to ensure direct customer contact.- Review Inflatable Packer Application Data Sheets and recommend tool selection for quotation to customers. - Ensure TAM Service Personnel understand and adhere to HSEQ policies in the region.- Write detailed running procedures for all jobs within the region.- Budget planning and financial reporting for operations and inventory.- Prepare sales or service presentations or contracts for products or services.- Prepare sales reporting and/or call reports as required to indicate sales activity and historical data.-- Enter sales order information into a Sales Entry Order System and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.- Provide technical training to TAM International team and clients.- Customer contact for contract review and invoicing details.- Trouble-shoot problem jobs and assist other TAM Service Personnel when needed.- Evaluate Incident Reports and write customer reports.- Participate in Project Planning and/or Spud Meetings. - Run TAM tools on customer job sites, which may include instructing customer’s employees or other personnel on how to run tools according to the specific requirements of each tool being run during drilling, completion, and intervention operations.- Call on management representatives such as executives, engineers, drilling superintendents or other personnel within oilfield related industries and organizations.- Review drawings, plans, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected increases in production from client's use of proposed equipment or services.- Propose changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services which would result in cost reduction or improvement in operations.
