Managed numerous large projects for the various business areas including;Upgrade of EPoS systems throughout the retail businessesReplacement of the Society wide area network with private MPLS networkRelocation of IT department to new officesInstallation of IT systems into numerous new sites (including multiple sites at the same time)Introduction of IP telephony.Managed the Disaster Recovery provision for the Society's IT infrastructure.
