About Mark Kessler

FoxDen Capital Partners is a unique group of successful lifelong business operators who wanted to scale our experience and knowledge in helping businesses grow beyond their Long Range Vision.  Our team is comprised of former athletes and successful business leaders who answer to a higher power of faith, ethics, honesty, and l a deep desire to win with our teammates and partners.  We are very aggressive and aspire to grow our partner companies well above their competitive peer set.  Our investment focus is opportunistic at its core serving the lower to middle market segment. Complex deals and industries that private equity shies away from do not scare us.  We believe where there is complexity, there is opportunity. We are flexible around the unique needs of business owners and managers and are very nimble to close. We have sector leaders and deep expertise in software, niche manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and logistics.  We are opportunistic and invest in companies outside of these sectors. Because of this, we are constantly looking to enhance our team of sector leaders to run the businesses in which we invest. As you can tell, FoxDen is not private equity. Unlike private equity, we are not governed by a fund’s investment timeline….and we may even hold an investment in perpetuity if it makes sense. Unlike most Family Offices, FoxDen has vast resources and even has the expertise, connections, and manpower to operate the companies in which we invest.  FoxDen is different.   Instead of private financial investors, we source equity from successful current and previous operators with vast expertise and experience in the industry in which we are invested to anchor each investment. We believe this de-risks each investment and makes our chances of over-sized returns more likely.  I’m excited about how we can help founders to monetize and grow their business into what they always dreamed. I’m looking forward to catching up with each of you when time allows to expand on who we are and what we do. Sincerely, Mark KesslerManaging Director / PartnerFoxDen Capital
