• Lead Project/Systems Engineer on a series of major airframe improvements to the Avenger UAV which includes performing requirement trade studies/documentation, project scheduling/budgeting, design team building, risk.

• Hot wire anemometry and multi- hole pressure probe specialist for the subsonic wind tunnel lab.
• Research assistant for a NOAA Atmospheric Boundary Layer and Wind Gust Research project.
• Designed a debris resistant 3-axis air velocity instrument for use in non-sterile high speed atmospheric winds, such as tornados and microbursts.
• Invited to participate in National Geographic’s 2008 tornado chase crew as a driver of an instrumented chase vehicle.
