• Managing complex delivery initiatives to the business to improve or introduce new services for patients;• TDA (Technical Design Authority) to risk assess, approve and deliver changes to telephony and ICT systems;• Design, agree, lead, and implement Infrastructure, data, and call centre services and related systems;• Document, agree, educate, and deploy project and programme governance, techniques, tools, and processes;• Defining and calculating resources (staff, systems, tools, suppliers) to deliver right first-time solutions;• Participate in a 24/7 support Rota for systems.

• Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support to a large complex telephony system to ensure systems remain up 24/7/365;• Senior Technical Lead to risk assess and implement changes to telephony and ICT systems;• design, agree, lead, mentor and implement, call centre services and related systems including call flows for Telephony scripts;• document, agree, educate, and deploy business continuity, techniques, tools, and processes;• participate in a 24/7 support Rota for Telephony systems.
