With over 20 years of work experience in the electrical contracting industry, I am the Operations Director at Little Electrical, a family-owned and operated business that provides high-quality electrical services to industrial and commercial clients. I have been with Little Electrical since 2001, starting as an Apprentice Electrician and advancing to Electrician, Contract Manager, and Senior Contract Manager. I have developed and honed my skills in electrical troubleshooting, contract management, negotiation, bidding, and customer service, as well as gained a deep understanding of the electrical standards and regulations. As a Senior Contract Manager, I oversee and manage multiple contracts and projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the client's specifications and satisfaction. I also lead and mentor a team of electricians and contract managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. My mission is to deliver exceptional electrical solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
