Mark is a licensed pharmacist with 35 years of experience in retail, clinic and nursing home settings. After owning his own successful pharmacy for 13 years in Redford, MI, Mark went on to work for NCS, where he led new business development and marketing efforts. His extensive retail pharmacy experience includes working as the pharmacist-in-charge for major retail chains including Rite Aid, CVS, and Walgreens. At each of his retail pharmacies, Mark worked to implement discount prescription cards to support patients without insurance.Mark is passionate about pharmacy, as well as community health. He has spent 11 years working at CHASS Southwest Center in Detroit, MI where he served as the pharmacist-in-charge, working closely with a mostly Hispanic population. During his time at CHASS, Mark worked tirelessly to secure grant-based funding and donations for the Center, including working with charities like Direct Relief and Americares.
