Management, advisory and implementation of digital solutions in projects and programmes within the built environment. This role involved:Managing a multi-disciplinary team transforming a Proof of Concept design from a Discovery phase of work into an automated, national dataset using complex datasets, geospatial data analytics with hydrology methodologies to identify surface water catchments that pose a threat to railway assets across the entire Network Rail network (c.20,000 miles of linear infrastructure). Produced and led a complex stakeholder engagement programme to collect requirements and positively develop the product output through process refinement. This project was shortlisted at the 2022 NCE TechFest Awards.Producing Digital Twin Strategies looking at asset landscape, data, systems/software, and processes within businesses to propose the most effective solution. This involved undertaking key stakeholder interviews to determine the fundamental requirements of Digital Twins, producing prioritised use cases and user profiles.Supporting the development and management of digital solutions on North London Heat and Power Project (NLHPP), a £1bn infrastructure project to build an Energy and Resource Recovery Facility in North London. This included the co-production of a digital strategy for the programme.Assessing the use of data to assist decarbonisation in the energy sector through the identification of pain points and existing initiatives in place for the use of data to assist in the decarbonisation the energy sector. Reported on findings and provided recommendations on how data can be managed more effectively.Other roles have involved: the production of data specification for a GIS tool representing the impact of climate hazards on rail assets; Programme managing the Enabling Water Smart Communities project, a £6m OFWAT funded programme involving over 20 cross-discipline partners with varying roles and responsibilities.

Sublot Discipline Lead for the detailed design of watercourse works across 11km of the proposed HS2 rail alignment. This role involved the management of an international multidisciplinary team to develop complex design solutions for watercourse realignments, culverts and flood replacement storage areas.Creation and implemention of processes ensuring excellence, consistency and automation into designs and supported the implementation of the 3D watercourse inputs into the flagship Bentley Digital iTwin for the project, used to support design development and multidisciplinary communication, alongside project wide 2D GIS systems. Production of sustainable and environmentally beneficial designs, presented using digital solutions to major stakeholders including clients, lead local flood authorities and the Environment Agency for approval.
