I’ve maintained ad stacks of more than 20 publishers at one time by integrating with a variety of distinguished 3rd-party suppliers. Maximising revenue for each essential publishing partner, while maintaining strong and lasting client account relationships, is an element of my job that is most rewarding.

To be involved in a rapidly growing professional environment from the age of 17 was crucial in learning key skills to assist me through higher education and later working life.During my time at Oltec in the Communications Dept, I developed a strong work ethic and great thirst for professional learning. Having worked entirely independently for many working days, I earned respect from those more experienced in the industry. Skills such as communication, organisation and quick-thinking were all put into use every day in an industry that works to tight deadlines in high-risk situationsPerhaps what I’m most proud of throughout this stage of my professional life at Oltec, was that I studied full-time alongside the long working hours to achieve strong A-Levels and eventually a 1st-class degree.

While studying full time at Manchester Metropolitan University, it became clear I wanted to pursue a career in the marketing/advertising industry. Although working at Oltec FM was developing many skills, I felt it most important to divert some spare time to meeting and working with those with various talents and experiences that I could relate to later down the line. Invariably on a voluntary basis, working on some standalone projects with DoP Ian Livesey, through his company ThinkTank Video, I got to experience the creative process behind corporate filmmaking.My duties consisted of general runner tasks and ensuring we, as a team, met client needs and achieved the overall goals highlighted from conception.
