I manage, along with a tremendous number of other supporters, programs that benefit adolescent burn survivors and their families. I have been the primary fundraiser for the organization that has seen an 800% growth in sustainable dollars raised from my first month to present time. Managed a healthy budget and loved growing personally and professionally by touching lives and in turn learning so much from those I was fortunate to connect with.

Part of a team that recruited, interviewed, and hired a staff of 80 from over 500 applicants each year. Helped manage employees and programs as one of three direct supervisors. Assisted with conflict resolution for collegiate age staff and adolescents with diverse backgrounds and interpersonal styles.
