Monitor and maintain IP space to ensure optimal delivery for all our clients and troubleshoot specific delivery issues. Maintain stability of SaaS platform through regular software updates to fix bugs and add new platform functionality. Architected and enhanced the functionality surrounding our Relational Database feature by adding support for 1-1 table mappings, dynamic content and personalization, dynamic from/reply address and article content from relational source. Oversee health and stability of hardware infrastructure to maintain uninterrupted platform availability. Use knowledge of system and software design principles to develop custom client solutions. Provide superior customer service and support to our client's technical teams as they look for help and advise when integrating with the Publicaster platform.

Originally hired by SQL Sentry's parent-company InterCerve, Inc. as a senior software developer. Worked as Microsoft developer for several of the company's hosting clients. Major projects included the development of secure web-based online MICR checking printing system for Source Technologies, Inc. eCommerce website for Biltmore.com, and airline reservation and pricing web application for private jet charter booking company Skyjet, Inc. which was a subsidiary of Bombardier, Inc. Worked on a number of software projects and internal sites related to nTarget, a small ESP division manged, developed and run by InterCerve. This division was later sold to Blue Sky Factory in 2008. As InterCerve moved away from hosting and 3rd party software development and start to embrace the SQL Sentry business, I refocused to handle several development and support aspects of the SQL Sentry product. Participated in the development of licensing components for the SQL Sentry product, as well as private and public web-based portals for the management and purchase of customer licenses for SQL Sentry.

Participated in the development of online software to quote and sell various insurance policies. Participated in all aspects of the SDLC. Company was purchased in October 2001 by a division of The Hartford.

Participated in the all aspects of the SDLC for several area clients, utilizing the Microsoft stack. Supported the efforts of the offices Microsoft solutions unit. Worked alongside other team members to develop custom solutions for Belk, and Transamerica among others.

Participated on the development team that converted lowes.com from a static html site to a dynamically updated site. Participated in the first ever eCommerce sites designed, developed and maintained by Lowes. These sites were for Harbor Breeze Fans, Kobalt Tools and a 3rd site dedicated to the sale of Lowes gift cards. These 3rd party sites laid the foundation for the development of eCommerce capabilities on Lowes.com. Participated in all aspects of the SDLC, and was often tasked to tackle the more complicated development tasks, including website to store communication for real time store inventory display and validation, wishlist creation, saved shopping carts to facilitate repeat purchases. Developed using a Microsoft stack of Classic ASP, Microsoft Site Server Commerce Edition, SQL Server 7.0.
