I have a passion for full circle land use planning - integrating long range urban and transportation planning, official plan amendments, urban expansion, and greenfield development through to secondary plan, site and draft plan approvals, and watching the communities we plan come to life. As a long rang planner - it is critical to not only understand the development of 30 year planning such as a Transportation Master Plans but also how to develop policies through a municipalities Official Plan to develop the development patterns needed to meet municipal, Regional and Provincial planning objectives.
