Alternate Group Manager for Equity Fund Services. Specialty lending group within Technology and Life Sciences that works exclusively with Private Equity firms across the US and Canada. PE clients include those focused on various segments of the PE industry including venture capital, energy, secondaries, fund-of-funds, middle market buy-out, distressed debt, mutual funds and other. Provide commercial banking services including debt products to: A) the PE Fund entities such as capital call lines, portfolio financing or leverage lines; B) management entities for working capital, term loans and tenant improvement loans; C) GP entities to help finance capital call requirements or other term needs.
