This role oversees the management of product and marketing development of Spark’s multi-million dollar investments in submarine cables, satellite services, global Internet and data infrastructure. It is a role that requires a multi-hat approach, close working relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors and suppliers and a multitude of channels to market. The role requires strategic thinking in order to maintain both healthy margins and a competitive edge in all markets.Accountability in this role includes:• Full P&L for ~$60million in revenues including full ownership and management of operational and capital costs• Responsible for product performance including meeting SLA's and OLA's• Definition and implementation of product strategy to ensure commercial success• Own, drive and implement the product economics frameworks for the Wholesale and International data business• Strategic management and oversight of key International data customers• Business case development and management for initiatives ranging from small to multi- million dollar projects• Business Development of International satellite service and submarine cable bandwidth opportunities• Lead product specific customer engagement• Global supplier management for International service partners and negotiation• RFP and RFI management• Alignment of international investment with operational capability and processes including coordination and management with key operational design and support groups• Own and manage group collaboration for projects relating to international services• Delivery of training and education to peers, channels, management and customers on International infrastructure platforms, products and services• Development of product and marketing road-maps • Matching products with sales and promotional campaigns
