Program Manager supporting two super computing commands.

- Led 3 personnel, and coordinated with 3 contractor personnel, managed 2 Million dollars’ worth of equipment, communicated with higher authority. - Coordinated the information technology requirements for a new 8 million dollar building to include computers, drops, fiber, and audio and visual gear worth 650K.- Phase replaced 600 machines.- Documented, delegated and closed over 3600 trouble tickets ranging from inoperable software (Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word issues), password resets, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) issues, hardware malfunction. - Coordinated the Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade on 160 machines. - Coordinated the commands first Commercial Solution for Classified kit for the CO.- Coordinated moving 62 % of the staff to new offices located in another building and moved 11 personnel or 12% of the staff into their new spaces. Led four Sailors to install 7000 feet of network cabling, 12 junction boxes, a 48-port patch panel and a new NIPRNET switch, which saved 250K. The team installed 34 PC’s and one printer in the new offices.- Built in conjunction with SOCOM engineers, on the Defense Information Systems Agency All Partner Access Network the command site resulting in all 20 courses of instruction having a common place to store materials, conduct VTC’s, have chat rooms and allow foreign nationals the ability to have a certain level of authorized access.

- Oversee 306 Navy Reserve Billets. - Provide mentorship and guidance to five Naval Reserve Commanding Officers (CEOs) on their units training and budgets. Provide guidance to two Naval Reserve Commanding Officers (CEOs).- Creates Information and Decision Briefs to Flag Officer, SES and staff. Weekly orally brief funding and significant Reserve movement to the Flag Officer, SES and staff.- Oversee $1.5M budget to train the force.
