Strategic Sourcing for MRO products, services and products to support eight paper mills across the US. Manage spend of $115mm annually with commodites in packaging, mechanical, and electrical commodities. Reduced cost over $5.73MM during the last couple years. I have improved processes and gained buy-in from the individual mills, partnered with strategic suppliers, gained measureable productivity, developed new suppliers, reduced operationing cost, minimized inflation every year below the PPI and implmentated a Total Cost of Ownership with key suppliers to continue to reduce additional cost and lead a team to develope compliance measurements to contracts.

Managed and directed all activities (forecasting, planning, procurement, inventory, distribution, and customer service) to support all Supply Chain activities worldwide for commercial and private aircraft. Managed $51MM in inventory, procurement of $10MM annually, 53,255 SKU, 23,400 annual shipments world wide, 90,000 sq. ft. facility, staff of 15 people, 200 suppliers worldwide, implemented new contracts, and provided outstanding customer service level (on time delivery). This business supports spare parts for commercial aftermarket. Accomplishments: Design and set up facility and processes, implemented new customers, increased profits, reduced inventory, increased sales, increased productivity, reduced re-work, evaluated ERP system, developed business models for new clients, assisted in new client marketing, controlled cost to be under budget by 3-7% year, and created customer satisfaction for valued services provided.

Managed special projects to improve productivity, reduce costs, reduced re-work, eliminated errors, and improved processes using six sigma tools in Spares Part Sales and Technical Publications. Accomplishments: Saved over $505k on five projects, reduced waste, reduced touch time and reduced rework which improved efficiencies.

Responsible for all commercial publications (service bulletins, maintenance manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogues) for CF6, CF50, CFM, GE90 engines. We converted manuals to SML to publish on the web and CD's. I managed 13 project managers and outsourced supplier.Accomplishments: Produced over 25MM pages annually, reduced distribution by 11% ($336k), and reduced the time to crate an update by 9%, and reduced errors and re-work. We converted over 3MM pages to digital format.

Managed a three shift operations for print shop, mail room, and telecommunications with a budget of $25MM with multiple locations that included union and non union staff for a total of 51 people. Duties included: negotiations of contracts (Xerox, Pitney Bowes, TNT, Federal Express, and DHL), corporate transportation council.Accomplishments: Reduced budget by $5.1MM, increased productivity by 4-5% year over year, increased on time delivery by 7.7%, introduced new technology to improve productivity, and reduced shipping cost by $630k.

Responsible for Spec 2000 EDI files and transactions (purchase orders, order exceptions, shipment data, and electronic invoices) between GE Aviation, the overhaul shops and airlines. We processed over 1,100 daily transactions.
