• Investigation of problem product queries from stores, and escalate to relevant areas where required.• Updating of Company Intranet site on a regular basis.• Key point of contact with external suppliers, depots and stores in relation to store orders, stock and I.T. issues.• Ensuring calls received from stores are correctly logged, resolved and escalated to higher business users. Technical issues resolved where possible.• Supervision of staff as weekend and out of hours cover where necessary.

• Management and input of store delivery note information into company databases, to ensure correct charging to stores.
