As the President of Lanco York, I have helped the company realize consistent year over year gains even through tumultuous economic times. By developing and applying a company vision and mission, Lanco York has continued to be a strategic partner with our clients which allows them to save substantial costs and reduce inventory outages. Responsible for all operational aspects of the leading packaging manufacturer and distributor in the NY and NJ Metro Regions. Implemented Best Practice procedures for our distribution network and reconfigured the mission and operations of the internal delivery fleet, reclaiming 18% in bottom line profits by streamlining our supply chain and implementing removing inefficiencies in internal processes. Reporting directly to the CEO, I was responsible for overseeing all daily operations, many financial oversights and advised on a number of strategic policy directives.

Upon my promotion to Sales Manager, I was responsible for our outside sales team along with our internal sales support. After implementing a forward-looking sales dashboard, we were able to identify the key indicators and predictors of successful sales campaigns. The implementation of this sales process led to Lanco York's largest quarterly year over year sales gains by percentage and the second largest monthly gains by dollars. The continuing success of the sales department led to an increase in overall staffing at Lanco York and allowed the company to continue to solidify their position as the preeminent packaging solutions provider for the tri-state area.

In 2004 I developed my sales skills as an entry level sales coordinator with Lanco York. Quickly learning about the packaging industry and sales process I was able to acquire several new customers through creative use of cold calls, lead development, and internally generated leads. With sales training followed by mostly free reign from management, I was able to develop my sales style and process. I was able to create a "sales predictor" formula which allowed me to accurately estimate the chances of closing a sale based on specific customer criteria and interactions. Sharing this formula with management led to my promotion to sales manager in 2006.
