Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Corporate Functions
Current• Lead full cycle recruitment of individual contributor to VP level roles for North America based Accounting and Finance groups (US and Canada) while also supporting global hiring for our International Tax and Audit teams. Also support hiring for Treasury, Risk Management, M&A, and a variety of GTM related roles. • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with HR Business Partners, Key Stakeholders, and Hiring Managers throughout the end-to-end process while implementing efficient talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, job posting design, sourcing and attraction approach, interview process, assessment tools and consensus timelines. • Lead meetings to define the candidate profile, share relevant external market trends and internal metrics, and influence proper candidate selection. Evaluated candidate experience (technical abilities, relevant knowledge, and transferable skills). Collaborated with HRBP and Compensation for offer creation • Drive continuous candidate engagement and manage candidate relationships (communication, expectations, feedback) to consistently provide a world-class interviewing experience. • Meet performance metrics/KPIs and maintain data integrity in all recruiting systems while driving process improvement, policy adherence and tool usage.
