• I worked as an IT services technician for Chase Bridge Primary school, I managed accounts for over 700 pupils and staff, creating logins, and managing every aspect of the network and domain including:
• Managing servers
• Maintaining active directory
• Setting permissions for users
• patching in network switches
• Maintaining backups

My primary duties were to manage six primary school networks. Visits where made weekly and were 3 hours in duration, during which time I resolve any IT problems the school has encountered in the past week. These include, adding computers to domains, adding news user accounts to the domain, maintaining printers and projectors, repairing faulty and damaged.

I worked for John Lewis Kingston, in the audio and television service desk. I helped customers solve problems with their computers, and electronic devices.
