I am an executive leader with over 20 years of experience who influences and leads change in the healthcare Industry with a focus on strategy, stakeholder engagement and change management. I have a wealth of experience as a respected and trusted leader in managing teams, leading organisational restructuring and mergers, project management, and providing strategic leadership at the executive level. As an executive, I have overseen organisational operations at both state and national levels, leading strategic relationships with government officials, industry leaders, opinion makers, tertiary institutions, pharmacy groups, and pharmacists. Through my leadership, I inspire cross-functional teams to work together and achieve organisational goals.In addition to my executive experience, I also have a strong background in governance. I am a director on several boards of organisations in health, disability and community associations, and a member of board sub-committees in both governance and finance, audit and risk management.
