Responsible for the design and value identification of a new Omni Channel strategic platform for the group across 500 contact centre agents and the entire customer base. Working with executives and key stakeholders to define the business requirement and business value in deploying a new omni channel customer engagement architecture. Responsible for creating the detailed requirements, "to be" customer journeys and business case to initiate the omni channel redesign across people, process and technology.

Support product development and market place strategy for different verticals and territories as well as SAAS and hosted service partner initiatives. Work through entire sales cycles with Sales Executives for large deals and often alone for medium size deals. Manage client relationships, initial meetings, solution architectures, proposals and delivery team assignment.

Responsible for the operations, support and continuous improvement of Veolia's ERP platform and associated business process. Also responsible for operations team, external consultants, contingency planning and datacenter management. Experienced significant project work including solution architect for new enterprise customer communication solution. Also architect for various AS400 and Windows projects.

Provided AS/400 Operational support for the Midas and SWIFT systems. Responsible for starting and ending the systems and providing user support and administration. Support tasks included general problem determination, backup and recovery maintenance, security maintenance and general housekeeping (CL and RPG).Involved in a Datamirror implementation project.

Responsibilities included managing AS/400 support and operational cover, application and operating system upgrades, managing 3rd party application support, contract negotiations and budgeting. In addition to managing and performing day to day operations and support, project managed and performed a large server consolidation. Responsible for the server design, hardware vendor selection, technical implementation and LPAR configuration. Implemented new processes including automated operations using, new security policies and new backup and recovery procedures. Managed an MQ series and Websphere implementation.

Clients mainly in the Banking and Telco sectors led to experience in the day to day support and operations of banking products including Midas, Equation and Swift as well as on site performance of software upgrades and installations for various products including Robot, Datamirror, Mimix and BRMS. New installations and FM deals included the initial configuration of products and managed services with the creation of support and operations procedures. Promoted to Client Project Manager, responsibilities included system audits, Pre-sale service take-on reviews, and software implementations. Managed a number of large in-house automation projects on cross platform technology (OS/390, AIX, SUN, HP, Windows).
