Clients mainly in the Banking and Telco sectors led to experience in the day to day support and operations of banking products including Midas, Equation and Swift as well as on site performance of software upgrades and installations for various products including Robot, Datamirror, Mimix and BRMS. New installations and FM deals included the initial configuration of products and managed services with the creation of support and operations procedures. Promoted to Client Project Manager, responsibilities included system audits, Pre-sale service take-on reviews, and software implementations. Managed a number of large in-house automation projects on cross platform technology (OS/390, AIX, SUN, HP, Windows).
Operations
Within a project team, converted DOS banking application onto Midas banking system. Responsible for data conversion, data integrity, creating and revising project plans, requesting and implementing software fixes and integrating SWIFT processes. Provided user support and completed year 2000 testing.
