SITE SURVEYS AND PRE INSTALLATIONVisiting site to liaise with the Customer to understand their needs and provide a solution that fulfils their requirements. Surveying the rooms and obtaining exact measurements to ensure a final specification is produced that fully complies with the Customer’s requirements.INSTALLATION OF AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENTAttending site to install the equipment as per the scope & specification. Discuss the installation with the Customer to ensure they are aware of what the process will entail. Fully testing the equipment and provide familiarisation training to the Customer. Complete all necessary paperwork including the customer’s acceptance of works carried out.RACK BUILDING Examining specifications to obtain exact items of equipment that are required, optimising the position of each item within the rack. Cabling up the equipment and testing to ensure all items are working correctly. Safely packaging the rack for transportation to the installation site.
