June 2017, AZ Programme ManagementWorking within the AZ Talent Acquisition Team I led the Hays Programme delivery at AstraZeneca, my core responsibility was the day to day operations of the External Resource Management Office, delivering the UK Contingent Workforce across Life Sciences, IT, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Work Placement and Professional (HR, Procurement, Finance). Supporting hiring managers and HRBP’s with full end to end recruitment campaigns, ATS and VMS processing, this included onboarding aspects such as systems access, site access and deployment of equipment. Supporting first day orientation and contractor care throughout the contract. Leading my team to provide the first line of support for the HM community. My onsite delivery team (8 FTE) consisted of six Recruitment Partners and two Recruitment Co-ordinators coupled with Matrix management of shared service resource delivery covering compliance, VMS, billing, projects, MI, vendor partners and sourcing partners (7 FTE). Service management against KPI/SLA with daily, weekly, monthly, yearly performance management, reporting into AstraZeneca and Hays key stakeholders. This was a hybrid MSP of both Master and Neutral vendors including responsibility for supplier relationship management and performance. Maintaining strong strategic and operational relationships with key sponsors, hiring managers and agency suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of service.
