During this time I was responsible for Product Development, Kaizen of Process and Team members and the Advanced Driver Training Program development and implementation. The only North American Toyota member actively involved in the international product and process development team headed by Toyota's Lead Driver, Hiromu Naruse. Nurburgring trained and approved for development and testing.
