Document Controller
- Establishing and maintaining a library for all type of correspondences.- Establishing Project Specific Folder Structure in accordance with the Project Document and Records Control Procedure.- Establishing Project Specific Registers for all correspondences in accordance with the PMIS and PQP procedures.- Updating all type of registers.- Arranging document cataloguing, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of appropriate construction supervision documents at time of project closeout.- Do quality assurance check for all outgoing and incoming transmittal and letters.- Implementing project documents archiving procedure.- Coordination with Project Manager, Resident Engineer, and Contractor .
