About Mark Macarthur
I am the Director of Macarthur Real Estate Agency, an Agency I have raised from the ground up. I am currently in the process of releasing Brunslea Park, which involves all processes from negotiating council framework and policies to managing onsite contractors in the engineering and construction of the development. I have incorporated a holistic approach to being an Estate Agent by not only specialising in Land Development and Sub-Divisions but also incorporating Property Management and Residential Sales in order to capture 2nd and 3rd order business relating to land sales.Previously I had been enlisted in the Army since 2000, in which I have had the opportunity to serve in both War and Peace Keeping Operations. I held a variety of positions allowing me to gather a vast range of skillsets from individual technical abilities, to workplace management. In these roles, I have had to carry out- Instrument repair down to the component level- Investigate faults within an array of technical systems and conduct maintenance - Manage Brigade assets by implementing a maintenance plan with up to 15 different Clients (Army Units)- Management of up to 20 personnel providing quality assurance of equipment and procedures
