I am working as a Support Technician for CMG Interactive. My job entails, monitor all client networks making sure the clients equipment is always online and if there is an issue, resolve this issue or escalate if you have exhausted all your resources. Resolve all issues as quick as I can within the clients SLA or else give clients a temporary work around to allow the client to continue with their work until I can access to the clients pc/laptop. I have an MCITP in Windows 7 and recently got the Citrix 1Y0-A20 Certificate for Citrix XenApp 6.5.

I worked for Glane tiling for nine years and was the foreman tiler for five years. Did my apprenticeship and then moved on to fully qualified Tiler, then onto Foreman tiler. I was tiling on Building sites and in private homes. All tiling was carried out to an extremely high standard and we would leave premises spotlessly clean after work was carried out. I have experience tiling with Natural Stone, Porcelain, Mosaic and Ceramic tiles. It was a great accomplishment to see the end product when finished a job.
