Enhanced brand loyalty and customer engagement through strategic storytelling, driving business growth for organizations.Launched an immersive campaign with the World Wildlife Fund, raising awareness around conservation issues globally and leading to 2 million signatures.Designed the largest banking conference in Europe, encouraging organizations to adopt human-centered design practices.Developed the strategy for the second largest art and community center in the UAE, leading to a 220% increase in visits from pre-COVID, 20 capabilities programs, and over 200 exhibited artists.Built a digital learning app for Mercedes-Benz focused on purpose, which engaged 300,000 employees and increased organizational alignment around shared values and purpose.

Taught Research Methods and Critical Theory to undergraduate students at the School for Conflict Analysis & Resolution while completing my Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis & Resolution.

Selected for a national leadership development fellowship that taught foundational practices of grassroots organizing and campaign management.Contributed to movement that would get same sex marriage on the ballot in Oregon in 2012 — and later passed in 2014 — as well as building statewide awareness of the Dream Act and registering more than 20,000 voters.
