Project Manager for multiple client teams in Pension Outsourcing group. I manage teams of 8+ colleagues with the delivery of pension services including calculations, data work, and payment processing. I write and review change orders, coordinate with clients, manage financials and client billing, and implement company standard operating procedures across my teams. In addition to my client work, I am the Pension Administration national client reporting lead. In this role I have managed a team developing standards for client reporting on statistics and service level agreements. I have also coordinated and worked on national roll-outs of materials and trainings.I am direct line manager for five colleagues assisting with mentoring, career growth, feedback, and workload allocations.

Calculation of DB pension benefits, including complex calculations incorporating QDRO's, late retirement, and various pension plan types. In this role, I primarily check calculations done by more junior team members.In additions to my analyst work, I assist with the development and testing of benefits system enhancements and excel tool updates. I'm also a primary resource on my client teams for data work using adhoc reporting tools and excel skills for analysis.
