My journey working for the Federal Government continues as I work at the Future and Concepts Center in the Army Futures Command at Fort Eustis Virginia. Retired from the Army I continue to work for the Dept. of the Army as an Operations Officer in Current Operations in the G3/5/7. I am experienced in overseeing large budgets as well as managing a common operating picture. I have extensive experience regarding Strategic Deployment as well as Theater level operations. I have deployed to the Southwest Asia theater of operations three times each time with a different responsibility regarding strategic deployment and redeployment. My military career sharpened my leadership skills from commanding a 300 soldier truck company and working in various staff and strategic planning positions. These positions have improved my administrative as well as collaborative skills. Working for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics at the Pentagon, I have been exposed to and worked on projects dealing with Supply Chain management and Strategic transportation management. I have deployed into combat zones to redeploy units and was instrumental in streamlining the redeployment process.
